The Player Development Programme is designed to prepare school aged players for trials and school team selection. These programmes are run the Pre Season period of the year, giving players a kickstart to their season.
All sessions will incude attack, defence and ball skills, as well as game time. Sessions also include goal circle work and shooting for all players.
Senior College Players
Sessions focus on fundamental court skills, fitness and develop further understanding of working together as a team. Players will have coached game timeand be given personal feedback and work ons. Players will work in sub groups depending on their preferred positions.
Players will engage in discussions about their skills, work ons and fitness & nutrition.
Wednesday 19th Feb - $15 per day - 6.30 - 8.30pm
Wednesday 26th Feb - $15 per session - 6.30 - 8.30pm
Year 9 / 10 Players
Sessions focus on fundamental court skills, fitness and develop further understanding of working together as a team. Players will have coached game time, and will play in at least 2 areas of court. Players will engage in discussions about pre season fitness and nutrition.
Players will be given individual feedback at the end of the session including work ons.
Saturday 22nd Feb - $52 per day - 9.30am - 2.30pm
Saturday 1st March - $52 per day - 9.30am - 2.30pm
Year 8 Players
Sessions focus on fundamental court skills, fitness and develop further understanding of working together as a team. Players will have coached game time, and will play in at least 2 areas of court. Players will engage in discussions about pre season fitness and nutrition.

Sessions focus on fundamental court skills, fitness and develop further understanding of working together as a team. Players will have coached game time, and will play in all areas of court. Players will engage in the Rules of Netball & Netball Smart as well as pre season fitness & nutrition.
Players will be given individual feedback at the end of the session.
Saturday 15th March - $52 per day - 9.30am - 2.30pm
Saturday 29th March - $52 per day - 9.30am - 2.30pm
Year 5 Players
Sessions focus on fundamental court skills, fitness and develop further understanding of working together as a team. Players will have coached game time, and will play in all areas of the court. Players will be introduced to umpires, rules & Netball Smart
Players will be given individual feedback at the end of the session.
