Please find attached the Tauranga Netball Centre 2025 Annual General Meeting Notification.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 27 November 2025, at 6:00 pm at the Tauranga Netball Centre.

In accordance with our constitution, a minimum of 15 delegates, representing the total number of Member Netball Teams, Member School Netball Teams, and the umpire group, must be present to constitute a quorum.

We kindly ask that you confirm your attendance by emailing Tracy at manager@tauranganetball.co.nz. An online attendance option will also be available for those unable to attend in person.

Also attached are the process and nomination forms for Service and Life Awards. We encourage you to review the eligibility criteria and consider nominating any deserving individuals within your club or school community. Completed nomination forms must be submitted to Tracy at manager@tauranganetball.co.nz by Friday, 7 November 2025.
